A. Standard and Express Sessions

1. Location & Arrival Policy

  • Studio Space: The shoot takes place at a private, natural-light home studio located at 1825 N Cherokee Ave, Los Angeles. To respect privacy, the exact apartment/unit number will be sent upon arrival.
  • Parking Warning: There is no on-site parking. Street parking in this neighborhood can be competitive. please allow an extra 15-20 minutes to secure parking so you arrive exactly on time.
  • Late Policy: To protect the schedule of subsequent clients, your session timer begins precisely at your scheduled start time. If you are late, that time is deducted from your shooting block.
  • Guest Policy: Due to the private nature of the home studio space, clients are permitted to bring a maximum of one (1) guest to the session.

2. Weather & Natural Light

  • Because this studio relies entirely on natural ambient light, we reserve the right to reschedule the session in the event of extreme overcast, heavy rain, or inadequate outdoor lighting conditions. There is no fee to reschedule due to weather.

3. Preparation & Wardrobe

  • Standard Session Readiness: Clients booking the Standard package should bring a variety of outfits and combinations, including accessories. Pack different options in terms of cuts, colours and necklines but try to avoid busy high-contrast prints. Think layers, like jacket and shirt combinations. During the session we can evaluate which outfits work best for the desired looks.
  • Express Session Readiness: Clients booking the 30-minute Express package must arrive completely camera-ready—fully dressed in their look with hair and makeup completed. There is no time allocated for wardrobe changes or styling adjustments during the Express session.
  • Styling Standards: Come prepared with hair and makeup that accurately reflects how you present yourself in an audition room. The goal is a clean, natural look. Professional Hair & Makeup Artist (HMU) add-ons are available upon request: rates are $75 for male and $125 for female. HMO add-ons need to be booked at least two weeks prior to the date of the shoot.
  • Creative Direction: To maximize our time, please think about the specific casting types you want to target. We ask that you prepare three (3) adjectives that define the vibe, tone, or personality of each look you want to capture.

4. Image Proofing & Turnaround

  • On the first business day after the session, the Client will receive a watermarked, low-resolution PDF Contact Sheet for image selection. Raw, unedited files and high-resolution unretouched proofs are not included in the base package price.
  • Standard turnaround for the final 2 retouched selections is 5 to 7 business days from the date the Client submits their final choices. Urgent requests are subject to a Rush Fee ($25).

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling Notice: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your session. You may transfer your booking to a new date one time without penalty.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to show up to your session, will result in a forfeiture of your booking deposit/fee.
  • The “Industry” Exception: We understand that sudden, last-minute auditions or bookings happen in Hollywood. If you get called in for a same-day industry gig, provide proof of your casting notice, and we will happily waive the late rescheduling fee.

B. VIP Session

1. Lighting & setup

  • Client is responsible for ensuring the designated location features adequate shooting space. This includes a covered or shaded outdoor space (e.g., a covered patio, backyard, open garage), or an indoor space with large windows providing strong, indirect daylight.

2. Travel Radius & Arrival Window

  • This package includes travel up to a maximum of 15 miles from my home base in Hollywood (Zip Code 90028). Locations extending beyond this 15-mile radius are subject to a custom travel surcharge or may be declined.
  • Due to unpredictable Los Angeles traffic conditions, the Photographer utilizes a 30-minute arrival window. The official session time block begins precisely when gear setup is complete.

3. Parking

  • The Client must provide a guaranteed, safe parking space for the Photographer at the destination. This includes a driveway, an assigned apartment visitor stall, or nearby permitted street parking.
  • The Client is fully responsible for covering or reimbursing any mandatory parking expenses incurred by the Photographer, including parking meters, commercial garage fees, or valet charges.

4. Preparation & Wardrobe

  • Clients should be ready for Look 1 upon arrival of the Photographer, and have curated options ready for Look 2.
  • Be ready with hair and makeup that accurately reflects how you present yourself in an audition room. The goal is a clean, natural look. Professional Hair & Makeup Artist (HMU) add-ons are available upon request; rates and availability must be finalized at least one week prior to the shoot.
