The Rabbit – Milano (IT)
You got to love touring in Italy.
Yesterday we played with @lorenzosurferjoe at @rabbitmilano where chef Paolo prepared us a dinner the way only Italians can. Simple ingredients yet carefully mixed together in perfect balance: Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, parsley and a hint of lemon. Already satisfied after this meal, Paolo surprised us with some steak tartare. Tender meat, with a hint of mustard. Delicious!
Obviously we played well afterwards.
